Merry Christmas

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas. Ours was great. We have been home in Council Bluffs since Sunday. We came to help my sister who is recovering from surgery with her kids. I came to give my mom a much deserved break. The kids had a great time playing with one another. I wish we lived closer. We spent the first three nights at my parent's house and now have loaded the car and moved across town to my inlaws. It is amazing how much I have to pack for a week. HA!!! We celebrated with both families on Christmas Eve, opening gifts at both houses in a matter of three hours. The kids had LOTS to play with last night. This morning they awoke to see if Santa came to the house. They were pleased to see that he ate their cookies and drank their milk and even more overwhelmed by the gifts he brought. Anna said, "Mom, Santa must think we were REALLY good this year." HA!!! We then headed to my parents for a WONDERFUL meal. My dad is quite the cook. My inlaws came with us which was so nice. This is the first year we haven't had to eat at both homes. My body tonight says thank you for only one big meal. The kids are all passed out tonight exhausted from the day. I hope you enjoy the pictures. Have a wonderful rest of the year. 2009 is approaching quickly.
All the cousins. Lucy (2), Jake (3), Anna (6), Jimmy (18mths), Emily(4), Ella (4)
The girls each got an American Girl doll from my parents for Christmas with matching pajamas. Too cute....
Santa brought her a Nintendo DS which she has been playing all day. Check out that morning hair...
YAH!!! He was so excited that he got the boat he asked Santa for.
Emily LOVES anything Dora. Gotta love her morning hair as well.
