The kids had their DMG Championship swim meet the past few days and did a GREAT job. The weather was unseasonably cold but it didn't stop them from swimming fast! Anna was the top in everything she swam in her age group and Jake was at the top for his breaststroke. Emily and Jake won their heats or got second in their other strokes and Emily had an amazing backstroke swim and FINALLY got a level 5 time which is the top time and she will receive a DMG blanket. The other kids received their level 5 times a few weeks so Emily is thrilled to get a blanket too! Molly had a GREAT week too and finally put her head in the water and is officially "kind of" swimming! Overall all the kids went home happy which always makes me sleep well!
Anna got first in the 100 IM and 50 backstroke and also on her medley relay.
Emily got second on her relay and first in her heat for 50 back and 50 breast.

Jake got first in his breaststroke. He also got first in his heat for his freestyle and then his relay got second. He was very pleased!!!
