Ten years ago today I became a mom. I honestly had no idea what I was getting myself into that day. Being a mom is the BEST thing in the world. Anna has truly been a joy to raise. She was a good baby, a feisty toddler who hit everyone and everything, and has turned into a sweet "tween" as she likes to call herself. She is definitely our athlete in the family (hence the many broken bones throughout the years). She walked earlier than any of her siblings, had a VERY large vocabulary at one and honestly hasn't stopped talking since. She rarely meets a stranger and has a GREAT sense of humor. Even as a toddler she "got" jokes and laughed at things we thought she was too young to understand. It is crazy to think how fast the years have gone. Some days I don't know how I would have made it through without Anna. She is a second mother to Emily, Jacob and Molly. Emily isn't so sure she "needs" a second mother but Jake and Molly love letting Anna baby them!! We love you Anna!! Happy 10th Birthday. Welcome to the world of double digits!!!
