What a difference a year makes. Last year we were snowed in at my parent's house and no one was able to come for Christmas dinner. This year there was little snow and we had a GREAT day... except... Scott had the flu!! He spent most the day in bed but came upstairs to see what Santa had brought the kids and to watch us all eat the yummy meal. My dad made the BEST Christmas meal ever with all my favorites!! He even made Prime Rib for Scott and he wasn't able to eat it!! So sad!!! Thankfully he likes leftovers!! We head back to Des Moines tomorrow. We have had a GREAT trip home. The kids are getting so big and EASY!!! Next year should be relaxing too. We will have LOTS of hands to help with the baby.
Anna with GO GO, her walking and talking dog. She knows we will NEVER have a dog in the house so this is as good as it is going to get for her!!! She LOVES her dog!!

He was thrilled and didn't get off his DS all day. He is looking forward to going home and playing Sonic on the Wii when we get home.

More games for the DS....
My mom got the girls a "child" sewing machine for Christmas. The girls had a great time making creations all day. They sold their bookmarks and made $10.00. Boy, that Grandma is a kind woman!!!
The kids table!!! (Jimmy was around the corner...)
The adult's side. Scott sat but didn't eat!!
The girls wanted to "cheers" to Jesus!! Too cute!!
