We are having a great time in Arizona. The kids were great on the airplane. I decided that after six years of stress every time we stepped onto a plane, I was proud to read a magazine while the kids sat and entertained themselves. So far... we have been swimming twice. The weather is still a little cold for mommy... but the kids love getting in the pool with Grandma and Daddy. I much prefer the hot tub. We also went horse back riding yesterday which was SOOO fun for Anna... my horse lover. I don't think I have ever seen her smile so much. Jake wanted nothing to do with the horse, but Emily hopped right on, much to my surprise. Today the dads took the kids while my mom, sister and myself shopped. We had a great time. Emily officially turned four today. We have been celebrating for months, it seems, but today was the official day. She had a great time playing with her cousins and brother and sister. Tomorrow we plan to take the kids to the train park, where we get to ride a "real" train. I mentioned it to Jake tonight and he said, "go to the mall to ride train" (For those of you out of town, we have a train at the mall to ride when the Easter Bunny and Santa are visiting. It is VERY SMALL...) but when I told Jake we would get to ride a bigger train, his eyes said it all. He was so excited. Speaking of Jake, I have attached a picture of him wearing his BIG BOY UNDERWEAR. He still calls them panties.... HA!!! Can you tell he has two older sisters? It's funny listening to him say, "Daddy, I wearing panities." We are trying hard to convert him to boy language. He is fully potty-trained on potty... but poopy is a different story. We're working on that. But... we've let him wear the "underwear" quite a bit and he is doing great. Potty-training at Grandma and Grandpa's house is a great idea? Right?
