We had a wonderful Christmas Eve at home with Duaine and Inge. We had a yummy meal and then opened gifts. The kids were THRILLED with everything they received and went to bed eager to wake and see what Santa brought them. I was so busy videoing on Christmas morning that I forgot to take pictures but Emily got a new iPhone and was beyond thrilled. Jake got a new game for the X-box that he has been wanting for a long time. Molly got a dollhouse and Anna got swim gear. Santa also brought the family a laptop computer and the kids have enjoyed not having to wait in line to use the computer. Today (the day after Christmas) we didn't have much going on so we decided to take a day trip to the cabin to check on the addition. It was a fun day and the kids enjoyed seeing the lake frozen. It wasn't quite frozen enough to walk on yet but they enjoyed seeing what the cabin looks like in the winter.
