We had an AMAZING day at the Hawkeye game with my parents and Grandma DeDe. It was an 11:00 game so we got up early and we were in Iowa City by 9:00. We were able to walk around and show the kids some of the atmosphere of tailgating and visited with some friends from Des Moines that were tailgating right by Scott's old apartment from medical school. We then took the kids into the BEST SEATS in the entire stadium and enjoyed a great game. Slowly but surely we are creating lots of future Hawkeye fans…I hope!!! Thanks Mom and Dad for a GREAT day!!!
