Ever since we found out we were pregnant with Miss Molly... we have casually been looking for a house with a little more room. We have looked at over a dozen homes, put an offer on one of them which fell through and even talked about adding on to our current house. Friends in our neighborhood found out they were moving to Seattle and we quickly realized their house might be perfect for us. We could stay in the same neighborhood, the kids could go to their same school and we could stay within a reasonable distance for Scott to travel to and from the hospital So... we toured the house and knew it would be perfect for us. Was it exactly what we had hoped for? NO!! We finally realized that we were NEVER going to find all the things we really wanted in a perfect house. We would need to build the perfect house and at this time we couldn't find lots in our current school area. So... we talked with the current owners, came up with a fair price and got our house ready to list!! The house has been on the market for eight days. We have had many showings and are hoping we get an offer worth considering soon!! The next two months are going to be CRAZY... but we are all excited for our new adventure and even more excited to be living next door to and across the street from two of our dearest family friends!!! I have a feeling the doorbell will be ringing often!!! Let the fun begin...
