Jake and Emily had a great end to their swim season at the Regional Swim Meet here in Des Moines shortly after we returned from spring break. Emily improved in a lot of her events and Jake was thrilled to "retire" from swimming. I'm hoping that some time off with make Jake want to come back to swimming since he's good at it but I'm not holding my breath. He's ready to give some new things a try this summer.
