The kids all had a GREAT state swim meet. Jake's medley relay broke a team record that was set 14 years ago which was super exciting. He placed 3rd in his 50 breast and 4th in his 100 breast. Emily had an amazing day with TONS of time drops and was super excited to be wearing her new speed suit! Anna got 2nd in the 200 IM, 2nd in the 100 breast and 6th in the 100 free. Overall, it was a great weekend for all the kids!
Anna has been swimming for 8th grade with the Waukee girls and has met some really nice friends. Above is Kassidy with Anna and Sophie after the 100 breast. They placed 1st, 2nd and 3rd. Below is her new friend Delphina.
